Hidden City is the name by which Villa 15 (originally known as Barrio General Belgrano) is known, an informal settlement or emergency village located in the Villa Lugano neighborhood, in Comuna 8 of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. To make this photographic document, I settled in the neighborhood for a week.
